Call your vet and rule out a medical problem (he may want a sample of the feces). If illness is ruled out, make sure you have on elitterbox per cat and that they are kept clean. You may need to confine the cat to a room alone with food water and a litterbox, thereby retraining it to use the box. ALso try Feliway spray and/or plug-in. The vet can also pressxcribe Buspar if all else fails.
