Have you cleaned the spot by the back door she goes on with Natural Miracle (buy at any pet supply store). It's an enzyme cleaner. You should probably do that first. Then move the other box slowly back towards the other room. Maybe not so close together. It's hard when we don't know what your house layout is. If you can I would lock her in the room where you plan to have the litter boxes. Maybe have on at one side of the room the other at the other side.
