I've been having a similar problem with my kitten, and I tried the Nature's Miracle and the Feliway. It's is very expensive (about $10 each for small bottles) and it did not work at all. I know everyone on this site recommends it, but it was a huge waste of money for me. People have also recommended taking her to a behavioral therapist... but I have the feeling you probably can't afford that, like me. Unfortunatly I have no advice on what to do, because I have no idea either!
