The feliway can be a bit pricey. But the enzyme cleaner is only 3.50 for a small bottle, and they also have a generic version, and it worked for me quite well. I saturated the area and let it soak, clear into the padding of the carpet. I've not used the feliway because I never had to take it to that step. Sorry those products didn't work for you. What kinds of problems have you been having?
