PLEASE HELP!!

I have a kitten that was born on june 30th 2006 so not yet a year well he is peeing on my stuff and only my stuff he IS fixed and he did it befor i got him fixed and he still does it after he got fixed he did have a litter box that had a lid on it and now i got him 1 that does not to see if that helps i do clean his box every day so i know its clean so if anyone can help my try to stop him from doing it then that will help alot so if you could will you E-mail me @ Angelchild11511@msn.com Thanks *Dominique*
