Peeing every where but the box

Gabby has been getting worse and worse. She has a clean bill of health from the vet. She is peeing all over my house. I scoop the boxes twice a day, I have tried rescue remedy. I have used an enzyme cleaner where she does go, than she finds a new spot.

what else can I do?
