Also pregnant cats will have slightly larger nipples. The best bet would be to take the cat to the vet and see if she could be nursing or pregnant and then decide whether or not to spay. If she is nursing young ones, then you'll probably have to return her home without the spay for the time being. A vet should be able to guide you in this. [ Hide Replies ]
