Second, spay the 2 cats! It could be both things bothering kitty. She is marking her territory and she doesn't like the man. And doesn't want his scent in "HER" bed. She wants her scent there.

I totally agree. She doesn't like the man and she's marking her territory. Also female cats in heat do spray. I know because mine did. The solution is to get the cats spayed and keep the bedroom door shut. She'll probably stop spraying after she's spayed.
