when my cat acted int his way he had an obstruction. maybe your kitty swallowed something. what happens is that when it reaches the intestines it can't go anywhere. that's why they throw up. this kitty won't be able to get any food through him. has he pooped at all? you can nurse him some broth, but he needs to go to a vet. if they take him i hope they will help him at least
