Cat peening all over house

Hello everyone, I have a bit of a situation with my cat. with my 4 year old cat in the last week he has peed in the house 3 times. He is a very healthy cat and we have had him for 3 years with no problems. Nothing has changed, litter is always clean. All I can think is mabye hes stressed out but he has never showed it by doing this. Im kinda worried if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
