Your cat's lack of size may be a result of poor nutrition through kittenhood rather than a genetic flaw. I don't think you can declare him a "dwarf" until a vet has checked him out to be sure this is the case.



You can however, declare him a sweetie! He sounds precious, although a bit tempramental!
