head shaking in 10 mos old.

My 10 mos old kitten developed head shaking (not constant), occasional scratching of th ear and drooling. HE also was lethargic, hiding and not eating. I took him to an emergency vet yesterday and of course he showed none of the before mentioned signs.The vet could not find a cause and his temperature was normal. They gave him fluids and a antibiotic injection plus a pepcid injection. I was sent home with Amoxicillin and pepcid.

Today he is not himself yet-sleeps alot and not eating. I am worried. My other cats seem fine. Miloh was a feral kitten and tested negative for feline leukemia twuce. Any input for a worried cat mom would be appreciated.
