I agree with the others, you need to take her to your Vet and call the shelter. Ask if she was eating there and if so, what were they feeding her. If she wasn't eating and was only nursing then to her that stuff is not food and you don't lap food up but you suck it. In that case, put the KMR in a bottle and try it that way and you may have to put some canned food on your finger and put some on her mouth so she gets a taste and hopefully likes it. Let us know.
