I am not sure that this is angry kitten behaviour. I also have one that goes nuts when I am on the phone. Lizzie stands on her hind legs and scratches at my legs and meows incessantly. Had a dog that also went nuts when I was on the phone, her trainer said that as far as she was concerned, I was talking and she sure didn't see anyone else around so I must be talking to her. Had to train the dog to do a down stay whenever the phone rang or I picked it up to use it. The cat is a different story, so far I have resorted to picking up the spray bottle when I head for the phone...now that works Here is a picture of the little phone pest!!
