My grandmother, who was a great cook, taught me to at least double boil the beef to get out all the salt.

That's so flippin' simple?!? Why didn't I ever think of it?



BSM had a rough day anyway - then he was hit with a headache from too much salt after dinner. (Corned beef with potato and carrots)



Boil it twice - agh! Guess what I'm doing next brisket? thanks for the tip!
