is THIS his HEART? Please reply I am so scared

My not quite 2 year old kitty boy was on the back lawn (60 degree weather) and jumping for his feathers on a wand, when SuddenlY he stopped and panted OPEN MOUTH.



I took him immediately to the ER vet. THIS Vet said on exam he is fine but to take him Monday to my regular vet.



Does my boy have heart problems? I have never seen him do this before. It lasted only about a minute and then he licked his lips and was ready to play again.
