If it is a UTI, the first thing to try is cranberry concentrate, or, if he won't take it, d-mannose in his food. This should clear it up in a couple of days. YOU SHOULD ALSO ELIMINATE DRY FOOD FROM THE CAT'S DIET, as this is usually the causative factor.
