Tokays can be kept in groups. Normally one male and several females will get along well. Sometimes even males, mostly brothers, get along well. I had two groups of 2,2 and 2,1 in two big (400 and 770 gallon) tanks which got along very well for many years.
But normally two males will fight till one is dead.
In smaller cages, many females do not tolerate their own sex and in small cages , males may dominate their females too much.... ending with a deadly stressed dying animal.
When I say small cages, I am talking about 50-80 gallon.
So to my experience, your cage is a very bad start.
I do use bigger cages for my 3 month old babies.
If you want to start with a single Tokay or a pair, do not go for anything smaller than 65 or 100g with a height of at least 4 ft.
Smaller cages are an endless torture to such agile lizards as Tokays.
Even though many specimens survive long in such setups and some even breed, its definitely NOT the way to go.
But your tank would be nice, for small arboreal gex.
Why donīt you go for Lepidodactylus, Cosymbotus, Ptychozoon or the like?
If you want big guys, you need big tanks.

Please take that serious.
