The diarhea has gone on for 3 weeks. Whastever you were doing during that time has not helped, so why continue doing that which has brought about no improvement? If he was on the IVD duck and gren pea, stop that, if he wasn't, you could try it. But I would try the protocol I just gave you instead of tweaking what isn't working.
