The createnine is not a problem, but the low values are; they show that your cat is anemic. If you are feeding your cat chicken, include 25% chicken livers to build up his red cell count. Check the color of his gums. They should be a healthy pink. If they are pale pink, or are becoming paler with time, you need to find out why.
