You should be able to find the immune stimulant at a healthfood store. Try feeding him fresh chicken and see if he eats that well. It is often necessary to try a number of different things to get a cat to eat. Try chicken, beef, liver, all raw and cooked. You might also try several types of fish, raw, cooked, and canned. Go with what works.
