creatnine?

After a complete blood and urine test my female cat doesn't have the onset of kidney disease as I was initially told at the beginning. The only thing elevated on the test was the creatnine. What is it and how to reduce? Cod liver oil and dhea will be given on a daily basis as a supplement.
