Cats don't get arthritis to the same extent as dogs, so , based on the leg shaking, I would not conclude that it is arthritis. While the glucosamine certainly won't hurt anything, I doubt that it will help. If there is no improvement, take your cat to a veterinarian and have this leg-shaking problem diagnosed.
