Young Tokay feeding

I have a joung Tokay female, 6" lenght, and would know feeding frequency, type and quantity. Can someone deduces her age? Can i give to her pieces of apple, carrot and similar? Can i give to her my dog vitamin tabs? If i can, how much of these tabs? Actually i feed her everyday with: two living crickets or 4 flour moth and 2 or 3 very little pieces of apple or carrot. Can i give to her some insects i can take in my house park? Thanks to everyone
