Hi all: I just found this thread. I am probably the guy who said bred them accidentally. They appeared the day my family was leaving for a four day trip. There was no time to get them in a decent set up. When I got back, most of the tads had died.

I tried intentionally last month, following Seth's instructions -- mostly. There were reasons why I varied the method, but I won't go into that now. (I've been meaning to write you about this, Seth.) Only a few tads hatched and they died.

The calling continues so I think they are anxious to try again sometime.

Concerning info on Devin's site: When I wrote my part, it was a composite of everything I could find out at the time and less on what I learned from experience. I now would revise it. Nothing harmful there. There are just some things I would like to change. (Their call, for example, does NOT sound like a chick.) Seth's part has the best care information.

Chris
