Those would have been my suggestions as well. Make sure you're providing proper heat and proper hide boxes and the rest is up to her. Wait it out a few months and see if she turns around. If not, I would try gerbils as well, which often will get a ball back on-feed.
Vet visits are always a good idea, especially for something as valuable as your beatiful albino there. Vet visits usually cost me $32 plus any medications, etc. Often offices will have a 'multiple pet discount' so you can take 3 or more in and save some money. Any breeders/future breeders/imports/key snakes all get vet visits at my place. It does get a bit pricey but the alternative can me quite a bit more costly.
