Hey,
I wouldn't mix them for two main reasons:
1. Bullfrogs are pigs and will try to eat anything that fits in their mouth.
2. FBT have toxins in/on their skin, if your bullfrog was to eat an FBT it may die from the toxins, or it could become very sick just by being in a tank exposed to FBT.

Its never a good idea to mix species of any kind. In your case its definitely not a good idea.
