I do have their book, and it is very good. These lights meet the requirements that most have agreed on (on a phelsuma forum) the best that you can do for the money. These are not the only bulbs I use-- there are heat spot lights as well as higher UV bulbs. I also supplement accordingly like Leann and Greg do so UV isn't as much of an issue.

Their mix:
2 pts Repcal w/ D3
1 pt herptivite
With this they say no UV bulbs are needed.
