parasite i.d. needed!

I just found this on the floor of Jaida, my "stressed" green anole's tank. Is it a round worm? Is Panacur the answer? She has not been eating, I force fed her a wax wrom 2 days ago and gave her a drop of neo-calglucon. I was looking for a feces to bring to the vet but since she hasn't been eating I never find any until it is all dried up.
