humidity...help!!!!!!!!!

i live in a pretty cool region...i understand that salvators need high humidty(70-100%) but how can i maintain that and proper ventalation in a 65gallon....here are my temps if it can be helpful in any way(ambient temp is 85/80.....basking spot is 140/135 usual humidity 30%)
