Now your friend will have to pick up where you left off. Just think of where Nico would be today without you? You gave him a caring and loving home. You did more for him that most people would have. This is what rescuing is all about. The hardest part is letting go. You did a wonderful job with Nico and you should feel very proud for turning his life around.
