What the hell are they trying to accomplish by busting this guy? I could understand maybe taking away the gabbies if they were in unsuitable caging for fear of them escaping, but if they were all well taken care of and were not any danger to anyone besides the owner, what is the problem. That is a prime example of good intended laws that have bad affects. I would think that someone would have read that rule before moving in and finding somewhere else to reside. I understand the tiger thing, but emeralds?????? What a joke, and a bad one at that.
