temperment all depends on teh individual dragon and it's age. Sex doesn't have as much to do with it than age. Some people here have super calm dragons both male an female, others have dragons of both sexes with alot of attitude. My own female is tempermental. Some days she will let me handle her, weight her, bath her without any problems, other times she flips out and gets nippy. Lately she has been refusing crickets cause she just knows I received my order of silkworms. She wants them not the cricket I bought to feed her till my order of worms came in.
They certainly have character and each have a personality all their own. Regular handling and treat giving is typically the best way into their hearts. Mine is far from calm enough to risk leaving on my shoulder while I drive around (don't think I would risk her safety even if she was calm enough. Would hate to have her plastered against my windshield should I have to slam on my breaks hard suddenly). I don't think any dragon would be suitable for walking on a leash since they tend to stand still most of the time, moving in short spurts to explore or avoid something. I am sure you can let it sit on your shoulder on a leash while you walk.
