It can work if you build a frame around the bonded edges that will hold it together and a base frame that will lock the 4 sides to the bottom. At that size thinner acrylic will likely warp easily unless it is supported very well. I have used a router bit to groove a wood base and then fit the same size acrylic sheet into the groove, which I use for turtle tables, but I don't use it to hold water. [ Hide Replies ]
