The tokays won´t liek to climb on the mesh. Its not a prefered surface.
Ohterwise the idea of a tnak of this size is fine. Anyhow, if you are familiar with small cages, 175g may sound big. But for adult tokays its not huge. So I would dare to put in 1,2 Tokays max.
