You seem to be having fun with this! Photoshop is a kick aint it?

Just my two cents, and like you said, it's a bit subjective. However, I think Kyle's compostion is a bit easier to look at, while your's is getting a bit too tight. Negative space is not necessarly a bad thing.

If the fuzzy thing on the right is bothersome, then a few clicks of the rubber stamp tool will fix it. Care should be taken not to bring things in so tight that one feels the image is "trapped" by the borders of the photo. This is the feeling I get with your edit.



I'm a professinal illustrator and designer, so composition is pretty much my life.

Not trying to step on toes, feel free to ignore me.
