I would not go over 85 F. Actually, the temperatures at night should drop about 10 degrees less than your daytime temps. This aid the frogs in sleeping, as the cooler temperatures slows their system down. In general, I prefer to keep my azureus/tincs at 78-80 in the day and 70-73 at night. If your frog room is kept at a comfortable temperature, you are just wasting electricity with that red bulb.
