Yes that should be just fine. That cage is about 2 inches bigger than mine on 2 of the sides and mine is a 65. Good idea to line the sides with plexi since they like smooth surfaces. Be careful not to melt the plexi though since it does tend to do so easily. The 100w should be fine. I use 50 for my basking near his favorite tree. Its about 8 inches away from him and gets it to around 88.
