If it does melt, it will do so in the first night or day and I'm sure you'll run the enclosure before you get the gecko. I just know because we had some beardeds in a plexi tank and a heatlight through the hole on top. Somebody wanted to take one out so they put the light RIGHT on the plexi and it melted. This happened 3 times. I think its ok if its within close proximity though. | ||
