That book sounds awesome! Where did you get it? Cresties are very neat, a little on the expensive side, but cool nonetheless. I'll continue looking into them as well. Thank you!

There are exceptions, however, they are rare and often impossible to obtain. I got nice book titled "Geckos: All species in one book" which has tons of small cool geckos. The problem is, most of these are impossible to obtain if you're in the US. Unless you get lucky, chances are you will get up with a day gecko of some sort. If you dont like those, a crested gecko would work well but is nocturnal.
