Most carriers have to be licensed for such an ordeal which would eliminate the number of people who could help out. They set people up all the time for hauling stuff across state lines w/out proper permits/licenses. With the info. being public knowledge (& w/ undercover F & G bending us over all the time), one would @ least have hauler/transportation permits for PA & KY. | ||
