Just be polite, take everyone's name, and take some pictures! Maybe if you go in there with a camera and document everything photographically, it will make the store managers know you're serious. Good luck. The Uromastyx Hardwicki is a pretty rare species. Consider that their natural habitat is Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Northern India: not the friendliest or well-cared for environments right now...
