What is a daily pickup account (UPS)?

I do not have lizards or items to ship daily, if that is what it means. Also does UPS guarantee next day delivery? Thanks, Lindsay



Also should I go to a ups center and try and talk to a supervisor in person, or should I call the 800 number and ask for a supervisor?
