Softshell Turtle not eating

I have about a 1 yr old softshell turtle. For the past 2 weeks or so...i havent gotten her to eat but about a dozen mealworms. wont eat pellets, doesnt swim any more, just lays on her rock close to the surface of the water. Any ideas? help please!
