I used to feed my adults the Veggies, and 5 or 6 supers a day.



That was working great until my female stopped laying eggs. She started packing on the weight so I had to cut back.

I also found out that you run a risk of fatty liver disease by feeding too many supers.



I have since, cut back to 3 supers every couple days. This is working great for them, they are in great shape.
