Hey,
First thing is to get him to the vet ASAP! What is your humidty and temps? Besure the humidty is around 70% and your temps on the hot end are about 85-90 with a slightly hotter basking site, and a cool end of about 80 degrees. Also try raising the humidty as high as possible till you get him to the vet. You may also want to get advice some some one alse, I dont have any experence with RI.
