How do I clean an aquarium that used to house fish? (more)

I have scrubbed it with Quat Plus, then rinsed very, very well then sprayed with 10% bleach/water and rinsed very, very well again. Let it sit for hours and there is no chemical smell.



I still have a very, very thin white film that comes off the glass walls when I scrape with a razor blade. I can't hardly see the film until it collects on the edge of the blade but can feel it when I scrape the blade along.



Is there something I can do to get rid of all of this? I was thinking acetone since it readily evaporates but I don't know if there's any residuals left.



Also, do you think that barely white film is leftover chemicals from the quat plus or bleach? I'm kinda worried about using this aquarium but there has to be a way to get it clean.
