breeding prob

hey i put my friends female leo in my big males cage she is about two years old and has a huge tail. my male is about one year and 2 months old and is big for its age. when i put her in he kinda looked at her and then he wiggled the tip of his tail really fast but and he niped at her a little but i dont think any breeding happened and they have been in seperate hidinplaces on either side of the cage it has been about for days is there anything i can do to get them to breed. thanx alot matt
