Just ripping the shed off is a bad idea, it would be very uncomfortable for the leo, and it usually doesn’t get all of the offending shed off.
Try using a q-tip with dipped in water to moisten the left over-shed. Once it is really damp, try rubbing front to back, with the same q-tip and it should come off. If that didn’t work, try this. Give you little ones a break; they will probably hate you and the q-tip by now, so give them an hour or so to settle down. Spray their humid hide extra well, and let them chill out there. Then get a clean q-tip, and put a small amount of Neosporin on it. Dab the Neosporin on the stuck shed, and wait for 15-30 min. Then try rubbing it off again.
To keep this from happening in the future, make sure that you mist your hatchlings humid hide daily. This usually works, but nothing is foolproof. If you have any more questions, or if anything is unclear, let us know.
