My mother used to make me go out with a broom and sweep them into bushel baskets which we would add to the garden soil. This was an easy chore for me except some of them were 10-12ft in length and too big to sweep. Those we would lasso and gently lead to the garden. It's nice to know that things haven't changed much in the passing years. | ||
